What You Will Be Doing As a Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at iamproperty, you'll be a vital part of the Design team, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and create design solutions for various projects. You'll support the Marketing team by producing assets for online platforms, including websites, social media, and emails. Additionally, you'll help develop creative assets for the Marketing Library to aid our Partner Agents’ marketing efforts. As a confident and creative designer, you’ll bring fresh ideas and grow your skills in a dynamic environment.

• You will execute designs in close collaboration with colleagues in the marketing team to ensure that the brand identity is maintained across all user touchpoints.
• Create digital assets for a range of platforms, with a focus on social media, email marketing, display advertising and websites.
• Design and build emails in Stripo, for use in DotDigital.
• Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring technical specifications are met.
• Test assets and optimise based on performance.
• Set up Estate Agent auction microsites and artwork.
• Take shared ownership of the iamproperty digital asset library, ensuring folders and filenames are catalogued intuitively and file sizes are optimised for multiple channels.
• Research, collate and present ideas and concepts for collaborative digital innovation.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• You will be able to provide an up-to-date portfolio showcasing end-to-end design, from brief to execution, with real creative work experience.
• You will have proven experience in graphic design supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels. As well as experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, and email marketing, with a strong understanding of web design.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Adobe CC Suite.

This is a Hybrid role, so you must live within a commutable distance to the Gosforth Office.
