As a Graduate Teaching Assistant (Grad TA), you will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support for students with special educational needs (SEN). - Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Support classroom management and ensure a safe, engaging setting for learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to adapt teaching strategies.
- Help students develop essential social and emotional skills.
- A recent graduate with a keen interest in education.
- Experience or a strong interest in working with SEN students.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between £87 - £108 per day, based on experience.
