As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a General Manager to take the reins of our day-to-day operations and drive execution at pace.

This isn’t a CEO or MD role—our founders set the vision and strategy. What we need is an elite operator to bring it to life, making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Running the business day-to-day – keeping teams and projects on track across the UK and our wider global team.
• Being the ‘eyes and ears’ of the founders – ensuring alignment with our roadmap and keeping leadership updated.
• Project management – driving multiple projects, removing roadblocks, and ensuring things get delivered on time.
• Hosting leadership and team meetings – maintaining accountability and performance.
• Holding the team accountable – ensuring progress is made, goals are hit, and standards remain high.
• Maintaining our culture – working with our Head of People to ensure a high-performance, fun, and collaborative environment.
• Managing key operational admin – overseeing important processes like insurance renewals, compliance, and general business operations.
• Leading by example – setting high standards, being present, and ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

• Local to Hertford – this is an office-based role, and we want someone immersed in the team.
• A highly organised operator – structured, calm, and always in control.
• A respected leader – able to command authority while earning trust and buy-in from the team.
• An execution specialist – you don’t just strategise; you make things happen.
• Experienced in e-commerce – you understand how online brands operate and scale.
