Job Summary
Working as a Funding Officer within the England Central Funding team, you will join our Advice Team. You will be the front-line for telephone and email queries to the Fund from a wide range of customers, dealing mainly with pre-application advice and support for all England and UK programmes, discussing feedback with organisations whose applications have been unsuccessful, queries about funded applications in grant management. This will include contact directly with grant holders and applicant organisations and with a range of colleagues. You will have a strong understanding of our vision and our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. You will manage your own caseload.

The successful candidate must be based near to and be able to easily travel to one of our centres in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Birmingham, as this role may require office working from time to time.
Please note that our phone lines are open 0900 – 1700 and the successful candidate will be expected to support shared team cover of these hours.
