The Role
This is a unique opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join Cloudsmith and support the business during an exciting period of rapid growth. You will be the first FP&A hire into the business and become a key member of the team. You will partner with the Head of Finance to design and implement the financial planning processes, uncover actionable insights and support strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long term strategic planning.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse financial performance trends, identifying risks and actionable insights.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate cross functionally enhancing reporting and analysis.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Finance in evaluating pricing strategies and cost efficiencies.
- Process Improvement: Implement tools and processes which will enhance financial planning and reporting.
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 3+ years experience.
- Experience working as part of an FP&A Team.
- Exceptional excel, modelling and forecasting tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Excellent team player, but ability to work independently.
- Deadline driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a SaaS business.
- Experience in digital transformation or implementing new systems.
