What You'll Do
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities.
- Check invoices against statements and chase for missing invoices.
- Process monthly payment run.
- Manage the account inboxes.
- Resolve queries via email or over the phone.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle financial transactions and process invoices/payments.
- Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software, including SAGE.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Full UK driving licence required due to location.
