Factory / Manufacturing Operative

Salary: £23795 - £26208/annum (after 3 month trial)

Alu Plus Ltd, is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of aluminium louvres. We were established in 2005 and were originally based in Coventry. As business grew, we found the need for a larger premises, and in 2018 we purchased our new factory in Kenilworth.

We have invested money into the factory on both new machinery and the building, making it a comfortable working environment for all of our employees.

Factory / Manufacturing Operative description:

We are looking for a hard working, reliable Factory Operative to join our team, you will need to be able to work as part of team or on your own. A keen eye for detail / quality is a must.

• Your daily duties will be to assist with the manufacturing of aluminium louvres. This may included helping with loading and unloading of material and also packing finished goods ready for despatch.
• Experience within the window/door industry would be advantageous but not essential.
• A good knowledge of hand and power tools essential.
• Successful candidate must be within a 15 mile commuting radius.
  
  

We have a restroom on site with a fridge/freezer, microwave and free tea/coffee making facilities.

Hours of work will be 6.30 to 14.50 Monday to Friday, any overtime will be paid at 1.5 your hourly rate.

You will receive 24 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Clean full UK driving licence would also be preferred
