Salary: GBP30,000 : GBP34,000 per annum
Call Out: 1 in 4 (Retainer: GBP130 With Overtime pay rate if called out)

Role Overview
As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be mobile, covering Southampton and the surrounding areas, providing a vital service to our clients.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fabric and building systems in offices and living spaces.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate with the wider FM team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience in fabric maintenance within a commercial or residential environment.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance systems and procedures.
- Excellent problem:solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Relevant qualifications in building maintenance or a related field are advantageous.
- Competitive salary of GBP30,000 : GBP34,000.
- 1 in 5 call:out rota with a GBP120 retainer.
- Generous holiday package of 26 days plus 8 bank holidays.
