Job Description

We are looking for a Document Controller to join our project in the Southwest where we are a delivery partner on a key infrastructure project. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in one of the most complex and challenging projects in the UK today, where you will be responsible for document control.

Responsibilities

  • U ploading and management of documents in line with best practice standards
  • Championing of document management processes and systems within the project environment
  • Review, management and uploading of documents held on sites for projects
  • Understanding and adhere to legal, contract and project document management requirements
  • Deal with enquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Carry out other project and non-project related activities as required
  • Assist in the production and supply of electronic and hard copy documents
  • Where appropriate promote training to operational team and suppliers in use of the electronic document management system (SharePoint and Autodesk Vault) and related IT systems.

Qualifications

  • High level of competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite/Sharepoint and other IT systems
  • Experience in the use of Autodesk Vault (Desirable)
