The Distribution Operative supports the Team Leader by ensuring that the daily production plan is completed in line with Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives within the EDC.
You will contribute to the execution of the daily production plan for your area. You will also collaborate with other areas and Operatives to ensure that the EDC functions efficiently and that all daily/weekly objectives are met.

You will contribute to the execution of the daily production plan for your area. You will also collaborate with other areas and Operatives to ensure that the EDC functions efficiently and that all daily/weekly objectives are met.

- Ensure health and safety, observations are carried out daily, by playing an active part in maintaining a safe workplace
- Problem solving techniques
- Team collaborative mentality
- Ensure you follow SOP’s regarding work for compliance
- Maintain workplace levels of housekeeping and meet company expectations
- Ensure that company values are actively practised
- Secondary level completed
- Understanding of Distribution Centre operations
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Self-motivated
- A team-based attitude
- Be able to lift to 20kg's, role is warehouse based so the ability to be on one’s feet for extended periods is key
- A flexible approach to the working environment in terms of hours and the ability to react positively to priority changes is a core requirement
