Location: West End Dental (Porthmadog, Colwyn Bay, Llangefni, Prestatyn)

Salary: From £13.00 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the point of contact for patients undergoing complex treatment, providing a unique and personalised professional service.
• Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed and supported in making their decisions.
• Manage scheduling, patient records, and financial planning with attention to detail.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to coordinate high-quality care.
• Use practice management software to maintain accurate patient information.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing healthcare-related role.
• Essential clinical knowledge to support patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive patient information confidentially.
• Ability to discuss and process financial options and payments.
• Competence with IT systems and digital tools.
• Driving is essential as this is a multi-site role.
