Position:
The team work with customers in vulnerable situations and complex customers who are experiencing homelessness.
In this role you will provide support and case management to people with multiple and complex needs using a trauma informed approach. It would be great if you haveprevious experience of working with homeless and or other socially excluded people and a good understanding of safeguarding issues. You will also have the energy and enthusiasm to provide positive support and trauma informed care to those who need our support. It is a role where you can really make a difference.
You will be working as part of a team to provide support to our customers experiencing homelessness. You will love helping others and enjoy supporting individuals to achieve their goals and to become more independent. Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help to contribute to a great working environment. You will have a calm and personable manner and be able to handle potentially difficult situations.
