RAC have an exciting opportunity for an Incident Manager to join our DAFaid Control Centre on a 9-Month Fixed Term Contract, based in our iconic Bescot office, Walsall.
As an Incident Advisor you will play an important integral role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands. By the provision of a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights Customers. Working continually to improve the quality of service delivered.
Salary is £23,795.20 per year

Salary is £23,795.20 per year
Shifts available:
- 7am-10pm (1 week of earlies and 1 week of lates)
- 2pm-10pm (late shift)
Key Accountabilities
- To play an important integral role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands.
- To demonstrate excellent customer service skills whilst providing inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands.
- Demonstrating initiative, by managing workload effectively and in a timely manner.
- Working as an individual within a team however also working as part of a team to deliver a service second to none
