Job Description

Play a key role within the LEGO UK/I Customer Operations team by helping to deliver excellence in execution and ensuring the best possible availability and range for our consumers!

This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days at our Slough office and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.


Core Responsibilities



  • Actively review customers weekly replenishment orders vs stock and sales data. Contribute to the inventory management agenda within the BU.
  • Work to ensure product launch and promotional campaign timings are met in-line with our internal processes.
  • Provide key point of internal/external contact for all matters relating to short-term flow of goods, order management for specific customers.
  • Process and resolve customer claims and ensure available credit is sufficient for orders.
  • Embrace continuous improvement mindset and work to improve functional day to day processes for the team.

The Customer Operations team is responsible for all UK order management, inventory management and handling of customer claims. The team works with a variety of external customers ranging from major multinational retailers to local businesses. It is a fast-paced area which rewards planning and a collaborative approach. As part of the team, you will help to optimise the flow of goods and collections for LEGO.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Proven SAP experience is essential.
  • Supply chain environment knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to process orders, manage inventory and work with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and handle time while under pressure.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Confident using and working with Excel and Outlook.
  • Understanding of Claim handling process’ is beneficial.
  • Exposure to internal collaboration is beneficial.
