Are you passionate about leveraging customer insights to drive strategic decisions and create innovative marketing solutions? Sally Europe is seeking a Customer Insights & CRM Lead to be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, shaping customer engagement and loyalty strategies.


We offer hybrid working, with 3 days per week based at our head office in Bracknell.


About the role …

As the leader of Sally Europe’s customer database (SCV) and data systems architecture, you will play a pivotal role in managing marketing-led data compliance, customer intelligence, and CRM strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive actionable insights, optimize discount strategies, and ensure alignment across all data touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities …

  • Customer Data Management: Oversee compliance, cleansing, and alignment of customer data across systems.
  • Actionable Insights: Develop and distribute market, customer, and business intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
  • CRM Strategy: Implement and manage automation, targeting, and segmentation to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Budget Management: Optimize spend for maximum ROI and align financial processes with business priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive team environment, mentor talent, and build a culture of accountability and innovation.


About you ...

  • Degree-educated professional with 10+ years in marketing.
  • Expertise in customer database systems and marketing automation software.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in customer research and insights.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align customer needs with business objectives.
