The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and creative designer to take ownership of our visual content across digital and traditional channels. This role will play a key part in shaping how our brands—IFGlobal, BladePRO, and Amazon Marketplace Management—are seen and experienced.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for impactful design, you will ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs, from event materials and website assets to social media, advertising, and marketing content.
This role is onsite, split between our Head Office in Christchurch and at our state of the art facility located by Bournemouth airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop on-brand marketing and sales assets for digital, print, and event use.
- For example, brochures, presentations, one-pagers, infographics, data
- visualisations, event signage, email assets and templates, digital assets for
- website and social media.
- With the Marketing Manager, own and maintain the brand guidelines for our
- IFGlobal, BladePRO and Amazon Marketplace Management brands, ensuring
- visual consistency across all channels.
- Support all departments with design requests, responsible for timely
- responses and the project management of in-take requests.
- Design engaging graphics, animations, and videos. Oversee video editing and
- motion graphics, with proficient capabilities in video editing and postproduction techniques, working with external freelancers and agencies where required.
- Capturing in-house events and activities using photography and videography
- skills.
- Maintain and curate a library of high-quality brand imagery and creative assets
- for use across the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Stay up to date with visual design trends, suggesting ways we can maintain relevance and cultural-creative alignment.
- Support on special design projects, including branding development/refreshes, packaging concepts, internal communication assets, as and when required.
Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in graphic design.
- Video editing and production capabilities is preferred with experience of using After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools such as Canva.
- Photography and videography experience (or a willingness to develop these skills).
- A natural creative with an eye for aesthetics, typography, layout and formatting.
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple projects, balancing creativity and with deadlines and output
