The Opportunity
We are searching for a leader for our UKIMEA Creative Cloud Specialist Sales team. You will lead a group of sales specialists supporting the Digital Media Enterprise business for the region. You will hire, enable, encourage and develop your team to engage and grow our customer footprint to acquire net new clients. You will partner closely with customer-facing leaders in Customer Success, Operations, Marketing and Product teams .

The Opportunity

You will partner closely with customer-facing leaders in Customer Success, Operations, Marketing and Product teams .
What You'll Do
- Strategy & Execution: Define the sales strategy across your team to deliver achievement of sales targets and YoY growth expectations ; supporting your team to identify the big bets and be daring in their ambition, delivering success for their customers and Adobe.
- People & Culture: Responsible for the planning and execution of running a fast-paced and driven field sales organi s ation including hiring, enablement , coaching and development to create a high performing team that attracts and retains talent.
- Sales Expertise: Experience navigating lengthy and sophisticated sales cycles using a value-based selling methodology , and track record in the successful sponsorship of the highest level strategic deals with C-Level executives.
- Operational Perfection : Lead target setting and weekly deal reporting, in addition to direct day-to-day activities to ensure the successful attainment of sales quotas and management objectives .
- Being your authentic self and upholding strong people values to ensure your team has a safe place to ensure authenticity. This will include an ability to practice bold candor with both your team, peers and senior leaders, to positively challenge and drive professional growth.
- Be an active and open member of the DMe UKIMEA Leadership team playing a key proactive role in defining our growth strategy an d execution planning.
- Experience of successful sales leadership
- Shown success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisition
- Strong people leadership including driving inclusion, passion, and authenticity
- A growth mindset with ability to expedite resolution of daring situations
