- Act as key worker to a set number of customers, supporting with learning, independent, volunteering and employment opportunities and outcomes.
- You will act as the first point of contact with external agencies and professionals, providing advice and guidance.
- Supporting customers to create, manage and update vocational profiles.
- Travel freely and flexibly across Northamptonshire.

- Full training will be given.
- You will either currently have, or be willing to work towards, NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Self-motivated, personable and a creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
- A DBS check will be carried out and paid by WNC.
