This position is for a Communications Business Partner who will be pivotal in the delivery of strategic communications in the Not For Profit sector. The role is based in Manchester and requires a strong liaison between the Marketing & Agency department and various stakeholders.

Description

  • Responsible for corporate and internal communications including engagement campaigns
  • Write and edit copy for internal and external audiences across a range of channels including tenant and stakeholder newsletters, employee briefings, blogs, social media, website and intranet.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the Communications Strategy and report on performance
  • Oversee content management of the staff intranet and train employee champions to maintain and develop their service area pages.
  • Oversee social media content plans and management of accounts and support the development of new and emerging technologies to engage customers and employees.
  • Oversee production of communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, and annual reports.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Provide crisis communication support when necessary.

Profile

A successful Communications Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Experience in managing digital and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of brand management and regulatory standards.
