The Opportunity

Are you ready to take the lead in driving commercial success through business development, customer management, and strategic growth?

Northumbrian Roads is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Commercial Manager to spearhead Aggregate Industries' Asphalt sales and Contracting strategy. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in cultivating key client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying growth opportunities across the North East region.

Your responsibilities will include identifying new business prospects, shaping our strategic direction, and fostering strong industry connections to propel our commercial success forward.

  • You will develop new business opportunities through a project-based and customer-centric approach in the construction sector.
  • You will excel in building and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, fostering trust and collaboration to drive business growth and opportunities.
