We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Administrator on a 12 months fixed term contract to support the efficient setup and management of SKUs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of queries. This role focuses on short- to medium-term priorities, troubleshooting discrepancies, and enhancing operational processes to meet SLAs. You will play a key role in operational decision-making, analysing and resolving SKU-related issues while contributing to process improvements and system upgrades. With a strong impact on business efficiency and collaboration, this role is essential in driving accuracy, service quality, and seamless coordination between internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately create, maintain, and update SKU records in the system, ensuring all product details such as descriptions, pricing, and supplier information are correctly inputted and aligned with business needs.
- Take full ownership of an allocated list of products, managing the end-to-end onboarding process until the purchase order stage, ensuring SKU setup complies with internal requirements.
- Maintain and update all process documentation related to SKU setup, ensuring proper version control and continuous improvement in line with best practices.
- Effectively manage own workload for SKU setup and assigned tickets, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely completion of all responsibilities.
- Actively engage with internal teams, external suppliers, and key stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, gather correct product information, and ensure smooth SKU setup and product availability.
- Address and resolve SKU-related queries and issues from internal teams and external suppliers, escalating when necessary, and logging all resolutions to enhance future processes.
- Support system upgrades or changes related to product data management, ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates and process modifications to ensure smooth transitions.

Key Requirements
- Knowledge of database systems/PLM systems.
- A curiosity relative to product data.
- Initiative-taking to deliver, develop, explore, and learn new skills.
- Challenge and influence decisions.
- Experience in data administration/admin
- Experience managing data volumes and transferring to relevant information.
- Be the example of “what good looks like”.
- IT – computer literate, with ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Microsoft Office – strong understanding of key MS applications, including Word & Excel.
- Keeping up to date with processes/training materials provided to ensure best practice.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
