Co-Founder & Chief Strategic Officer

We're seeking a visionary Co-Founder to join Power Nest Talent, a psychology-driven talent solutions and business advisory firm. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent management while making a strategic investment in a rapidly growing company.

Investment Requirement & Equity

  • Investment mandatory: 400,000 - 1M
  • Equity Offered: 10 - 25%
  • Position: Co-Founder & Chief Strategic Officer
  • Location: Remote (Global)

Role Overview

Join as a Strategic Co-Founder responsible for driving organizational growth through two key verticals:

  • Building and managing relationships with organizations for talent recruitment
  • Identifying and bringing startups for our fundraising and advisory services

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for market penetration in global markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients
  • Lead partnership initiatives with venture capital firms and startup accelerators
  • Drive revenue growth through both recruitment and fundraising verticals
  • Collaborate with the founding team on strategic decisions and company direction
  • Leverage network to establish Power Nest Talent as a leading player in the industry

Required Educational Background

US Universities

Preference for graduates from:

  • Harvard Business School (MBA)
  • Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA)
  • Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (MBA)
  • MIT Sloan School of Management (MBA)

UK Universities

  • London Business School (MBA)
  • Oxford Said Business School (MBA)
  • Cambridge Judge Business School (MBA)

Additional Qualifications: preferred

  • Master's in Organizational Psychology
  • Master's in Human Resources Management
  • Master's in Organizational Behavior

Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR consulting, or startup advisory preferred
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses from $0 to $10M+ revenue
  • Strong network in the startup ecosystem and venture capital community
  • Experience in building and managing global teams
  • History of successful strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies
  • Prior experience as a founder or co-founder preferred
