The Clinical Directorate is recruiting a Clinician Analyst to join the Clinical Intelligence and Assurance Team (CIAT) on a permanent basis. This role is essential in supporting the Trust’s Clinical and Digital Strategies, enabling the intelligent use of clinical data to improve patient care and service excellence.
We seek an experienced clinician with a keen interest in developing their analytical skills and a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights.
This pivotal role will help shape the future of clinical intelligence within the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust. We are looking for a self-motivated team player eager to use data to enhance clinical practice. If you have the skills and passion to drive change, we encourage you to apply

- Providing and contributing to the effective and intelligent use of clinical data, information, and knowledge mobilisation to improve the delivery of care to patients, and to facilitate the Trust in being able to demonstrate this.
- Working closely with the Clinical Intelligence and Assurance, Clinical Improvement and electronic Patient Clinical Record (ePCR) Teams, Health Informatics and Research and Innovation Departments, to facilitate the Trust-wide development of an improvement-focussed culture.
- Contributing to the design, delivery and review of Clinical Indicators and Ambulance Service Indicators, producing dashboards, reports, and visualisations for clinical data.
