Client Details

My client is an independent firm of accountants based in Altrincham. With a new office renovation and new members of the team, this firm is looking for the perfect Manager to join the accounts team.

Description

• Preparation and review of limited company statutory financial statements for Small and Medium sized companies
• Produce disclosure notes to financial statements
• Have an understanding of basic Corporation tax and deferred tax principles, along with basic tax planning understanding
• Experience of training junior team members
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Other professional service roles demanded by a busy accountancy practice serving with many different clients in industry sectors.
  
  

Profile

• Highly competent, with solid commercial awareness and several years' experience within general practice
• ACCA, ACA, AAT exams or equivalent (or Qualified By Experience)
• Experience of producing SME accounts for a wide range of industries
• Be able to use own initiative and be an "outside the box" thinker
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial
• Committed and experienced
