The Claim Referral Agent role will be responsible for contacting customers who have had their claim referred, managing the customer claim to the next step of the process or outcome.

The Claim Referral Agent role will be responsible for contacting customers who have had their claim referred, managing the customer claim to the next step of the process or outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of a customer focussed referral journey.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide support, advice and interventions to ensure referred customer claims are resolved promptly.
- Deliver high standards in accordance with D&G policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Develop a good working relationship resulting in improved performance against KPIs.
- Monitor referred claims to ensure service levels and KPI performance are achieved, with high levels of customer satisfaction attained.
- Ensure Policies & Services reflect best practice & customer needs.
- Ideally, you will have previous experience within the claims booking process or have knowledge of insurance claims and processes.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
- Additional systems knowledge using AS400, Genio & Orbit would be ideal.
