Business Support Administrator

We are looking for an administrator to join a growing department based at our business centre in Castleford. You will be part of a team who provide timely and efficient administration for customers and internal departments.

About The Role

The role involves providing an effective support function to both Rental and Service departments. On a day-to-day basis your activities will be;

• Provide internal departments and external customers verbally or in writing any information they may reasonably require
• Validate and process contracts and sales orders
• Examine and validate electronic worksheets completed by service technicians and dealers
• Resolve worksheet & invoice queries from customers and credit control
• Processing of service assignments ready for invoicing, accurately, efficiently and on a timely basis.

• Good working knowledge of Office 365 programmes including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Administration skills or transferable customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines
