As a Branch Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operation, drive exceptional customer service to our customers to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching with the Internal sales team and branch assistants to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved and the team are developed and supported.

Ideally you have previous management experience within a wholesale or retail environment, have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep, increase, and drive branch sales to ensure daily/weekly targets are exceeded.

Skills Set For Success

• A full UK driving license is essential for this role
• Experience of commercially managing a business unit or branch within the a service or supplies sector
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role whilst leader your team with a positive growth mindset
• A natural change champion, with an ability to embrace change and new technologies and bring your teams on the journey
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross functional team to deliver target performance
