Business Analyst - Telephony Migration (Contract) - 3-month contract - Northampton (Hybrid)
My Customer is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a crucial role in the migration of our contact centre from Unity to Microsoft Teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key transformation project while working across various initiatives.
The Business Analyst is required to travel to site in Northampton 3 days a week.

Skills & Experience Required

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in telephony or contact centre migration projects.'
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its capabilities for enterprise telephony.'
- Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.'
- Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and user journeys.'
- Willingness to travel to different sites as required.

- Lead the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business and technical requirements for the telephony migration.'
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring a seamless transition to MS Teams.'
- Conduct workshops and site visits to gather requirements, map processes, and provide training where necessary.'
- Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to optimise the migration process.'
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
