Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will closely together with one of our key accounts and help them by giving direction to projects in which digitalization is the keyword. In this role you will have a direct positive impact on several thousand employees!

• In this role you are responsible for mapping out new and current processes.
• You will work together with internal stakeholders to collect, document and validate the necessary business requirements.
• You can analyse this information & the business processes and then translate them into functional and technical specifications using user stories.
• You can perform analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• You can work according to an agile approach, in which you monitor developments together with the developers and actively participate in scrum ceremonies.
• You can support the implementation of new solutions and ensure a smooth transition to the operational phase.
• You ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, so that the implementation of the solutions runs smoothly and efficiently.
• You are in close contact with the Project Coordinator.
