- In this role you are responsible for mapping out new and current processes.
- You will work together with internal stakeholders to collect, document and validate the necessary business requirements.
- You can analyse this information & the business processes and then translate them into functional and technical specifications using user stories.
- You can perform analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- You can work according to an agile approach, in which you monitor developments together with the developers and actively participate in scrum ceremonies.
- You can support the implementation of new solutions and ensure a smooth transition to the operational phase.
- You ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, so that the implementation of the solutions runs smoothly and efficiently.
- You are in close contact with the Project Coordinator.
