Business Analyst / Project Analyst

£30,000 - £40,000 | Can be remote but occasional office visit preferred | UK-Based Candidates Only

Are you the naturally curious one in your friendship group?

Do you find yourself saying "Why?" instead of "Yes" more often than not? Then we need you.

This isn’t a traditional BA role. It’s about bridging IT and the business, improving processes through tech. You’ll document workflows, ask insightful questions, and ensure projects make sense before they move forward. Some stakeholders get excited about new ideas, so a little pushback (when needed) will help.

You’ll work closely with a top-notch PM and a genuinely great team. Agile experience is a plus, and a technical background is helpful but not essential.

You don't need to be a BA right now, you might be working in a different industry but if you have the skills we want to hear from you.

What You Need:

• Strong documentation skills, especially flow diagrams
• Ability to spot inconsistencies in requirements
• Confident questioning and communication skills
• Comfortable managing stakeholder expectations

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment

This role can be remote, but ideally, you’d visit the office every couple of weeks to align with the dev team.
