12 Month Temporary Position seeking an Experienced Assistant Management Accountant / Management Accountant in Farnham

Client Details

Our Client a UK Leading Business in the Activities industry, growing and expanding into Europe.

Description

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports for senior managers and stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
• Help control costs by monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules.
• Process accruals, prepayments, and journal entries with accuracy.
• Support tax compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax, Payroll).
• Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to the implementation of financial controls and policies.
• Assist with payments processing and provide general support to the finance team on ad-hoc tasks.
• May be working towards their accountancy qualification

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience as an Assistant Management Accountant / Management Accountant and be on short notice.

Salary £35k-£45k

Hybrid Working (2/3 days in the office)
