Michael Page are recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant on behalf of a family owned, international business headquartered in Salford.
The purpose of this role is to assist in the production of end to end management accounts working alongside a qualified accountant, you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the business.

The Successful Assistant Management Accountant Candidate Will
A salary up to £35,000, study support, hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, on site parking, life assurance & more.

Description
Assistant Management Accountant duties include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Journals
- Accruals & prepayments
- Preparation of board packs for review
- Assisting with budgeting & forecasting
- Bank reconciliations
- Cashbook allocation
- Assisting with commercial contract reviews & commercial analysis
- Stakeholder management
- Payment runs
The Successful Assistant Management Accountant Candidate Will
- Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA / AAT
- Have a proven track record within a similar role
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc)
- Be able to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
