Area Sales Manager

We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our sales team and further grow our successful business. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that offers career and personal growth.

The role:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products through positive relationships with your customers.
• Executing the Commercial strategy in line with company vision and goals.
• Increasing business opportunities and sales through various routes to market.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Reaching targets and goals set for your area.
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
• Delivering Marketing campaigns as and when necessary.

• SA / LD / CF / NP / HR / WV / DY / WR / GL / SN / OX / B /

Requirements:

-Essential:

• Previous sales management experience (3 years minimum).
• Goal orientated with demonstrable experience of beating targets.
• Professional pro-active attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a strong team.
• Goal orientated with demonstrable experience of beating targets.

-Preferable:

• Accustomed to working towards the achievement of objectives and with a great capacity for initiative.
• Customer orientation and quality service.
• Excellent communication skills, clear in their presentations and with leadership skills.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills with a portfolio of distributor clients.
• Legally able to travel within Europe.
• Ability to stay away from home as required.
• Knowlegde of Microsoft Office.
