About The Role
Chef De Partie Apprenticeship Level 2
Full Time 37 Hours including weekends and evenings.
A normal working week will be 4 days working in the kitchen, 1-day release for study at college, and 2 rest days a week.

About The Role
We have an amazing opportunity to become a Commis Chef at Hanningfield Waterside Park and become part of the team that delivers the “wow” experience to all our day visitors throughout the year.
You’ll be assisting the other chefs to deliver high-quality food and beverage services, menu development, and food production/preparation for guests (food preparation, cleaning, cashing up, point of sale, kitchen support, and stock taking)
We’re looking for you to assist the other chefs in delivering the food and beverage services to agreed schedules, along with monitoring and reporting on our regular monitoring of food hygiene and other regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will be a first-class communicator. You’ll be professional, self-motivated, and creative, with a high level of attention to detail.

The role requires an individual who is highly organised, hardworking, flexible and willing to work unsociable hours, including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
GCSE level 2-9/A-E in Maths and English (or equivalent)
