Paid Search Analyst – Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions, Paid Search and Biddable Media, Channel Enablement
You will be responsible for delivering critical Paid Search channel marketing capabilities, campaigns, and innovation with a primary focus on acquisition. Acquisition represents a significant portion of marketing investment, and the search team plays a significant part in delivering on revenue-driving business outcomes.
A successful candidate will understand have a good working knowledge of Paid Search and ideally will have executed search campaigns across the financial sector. You will not only be responsible for the execution of this activity but advocacy and innovation of the channel across the organisation (supported by the entire team).
Key Responsibilities:
Own and support other team members on multi-market PPC campaigns.- Manage Google and Microsoft Ads Paid Search campaigns for EMEA & American markets against targets, maximizing net income delivered through the channel.
- Use Paid Search bid management software (Search Ads 360) to centrally manage campaigns for several markets and ensure that tracking is set up correctly.
- Work with other analysts and managers in the team, alongside the Performance Channel Analytics team to create and implement data-led strategies for the international markets that deliver against the marketing plans.
- Work on ad-hoc reporting, test and learn, plan strategies, and present them to internal stakeholders in the markets and other central teams.
- Support one of the four key ‘pillars’ that the team operate within (strategy, excellence, relations, test & learn)
- Building and maintaining relationships with markets and supporting agencies
Minimum qualifications
- Experience managing Paid Search campaigns in-house or agency-side.
- Passion and willingness to champion digital marketing within a large organisation
- A self-starter who owns their role and can multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
- Track record of delivery against goals
- Experience of managing stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to peers and senior management.
- 2nd European language is a plus.
