Cognica are looking for an Administrator to join the busy Operations Team. You will be required to come into the office in Swindon periodically as and when required for training & publication but the majority of the time you will be able to work from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Initial calling to confirm Point of Contacts.
- Chasing up Subcontractors / Consultants via phone / email.
- Setting up user accounts and issuing login details.
- Report any updates to the Project Team.
- Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies, and procedures.
- Provide support with regards to document numbering, and the application of metadata.
- Receive, upload and control project documentation.
- Attend project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation.
- Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous administrative / office experience, ideally supporting projects.
- Delivering projects either single or multiple concurrent to time, budget, quality, and agreed specification.
- Up to £23,500 depending on experience
