Requirements

• 2 years experience in an administration role working with students and/or customers
• Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant subject
• GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above or equivalent is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• IT Literate in all MS office packages
• Enhanced vetting is required for these roles including an Enhanced Access NI check
