TechNet are currently working with the UK's Fastest growing Connectivity and solutions integrator. Growing over 30% year on Year this company have multiple awards and are looking to continue there growth.
The 1st line engineer is responsible for delivering IT support for the full estate of customers, This includes provisioning, Maintenance and support of the customer solutions.
As a 1st line support Analyst you will be working on the following
- Logging and handling of incidents and service requests
- Dealing with customer incidents via telephone and Email
- Day to day IT support for all customers
- Previous experience working as a 1st line engineer
- Windows knowledge along with networking protocols
- Ability to be in Farnborough 5 days a week
